It is Groundhog's Day and Phil says Spring is coming early. How nice.

(tee hee---my personal mini-homage to the movie, "Groundhog's Day.")
It is also WEAR RED DAY! Wearing red today as a reminder of Heart Health awareness. I had forgotten and then went into change before I go out today. So, male or female, if you have any red you can wear on your person today, please, have a heart, and do so. Let's bring awareness to heart health.
And you can give your own heart a whole lotta healing by loving it today. Take some extra deep breaths and surround your own heart with love and wholeness; and gratitude for the amazing work it does for you everyday.
(Stay tuned for upcoming details about The HeartSpace Center for Well-Being which is looking to open in March. This is also where the Open At The Top Study Group will convene).
And mark your calendars for Feb. 8th as that is finally the day that Oprah airs her show on "The Secret" with Dr. Michael Beckwith. It was supposed to have aired on Jan. 31st, live when they taped it; but the rumour is that she wanted to give it more lead and promotional time to get the word out.
OH, and speaking of "The Secret", for my readers in the local San Diego area, my wonderful chiropractor, Dr. Leo Meltvedt of Kensington Chiropractic, is renting the Ken Theatre on Adams Avenue to show a free screening of "The Secret" on Feb. 17th!!1
Thank you, Dr. Leo! Bring a friend. I believe the showing will be at 10:00 a.m.
Have a SUPER weekend.
and since I am from Chicago....Go Bears!

After you told me this on the phone the other day, I turned around and wore my jacket with the red collar instead of the green one I had on. I don't think anyone noticed, but I did. Thanks.
